Inclusive Saratoga was founded by Meghan Connolly Haupt, whose daughter has cerebral palsy. She has experienced first-hand the power of shared experiences among people with differences.

In 2025, Meghan was appointed by the Mayor of Saratoga Springs to the Open Spaces Committee which advises City Council on use of public land. In this role, she provides a voice for the disability community.

With more than 30-years experience in social impact management and communications with nonprofits and corporations alike, Meghan brings a savvy business perspective to the disability rights movement.
